MDC’s clients will receive quality vs. quantity (Q v. Q) service which equates to 540 instructional minutes a week; for the contractual total to equal 2,160 minutes for 4 weeks.

Time To Teach (TTT)

Time To Teach is a set of strategies and techniques proven to restore instruction time that is lost to discipline challenges in a way that is simple, fair and respectful.
